Enquiry information.

This website collects only the information needed to assess and respond to a product-leadership enquiry.

What is collected.

An email address is required. A name, organisation, job title and enquiry context are optional. A telephone number is neither requested nor displayed. The form-processing service also receives technical information, including the submitter’s IP address, browser information and the page from which the enquiry was sent, to deliver the submission and filter spam.

Why it is used.

The information is used only to assess and respond to the enquiry. It is not used to subscribe the sender to a mailing list.

How it is processed.

Form submissions are processed by Formspark, operated by Trampoline Software SRL. Formspark acts as a data processor, stores submission data in Ireland and Germany, and forwards the enquiry to the site owner.

Retention.

Enquiry details are reviewed and deleted when they are no longer needed. Formspark retains submissions until the site owner deletes them; deleted submissions may remain recoverable within Formspark for a further 30 days. A continuing conversation may create a separate reason to retain correspondence.

Sharing and analytics.

Enquiry content is shared only with Formspark for form processing and is not included in analytics events or public logs. The website does not sell personal information.
